MorsePro.live

Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you visit MorsePro.live or use its translation, audio, reference, and practice tools. The service provides browser-based utilities for working with International Morse code. It is available without an account. Please use it in a way that respects other people, the material you work with, and the laws that apply where you use it.

Using the tools

You may use the tools to translate supported characters, create signals, inspect recordings, look up patterns, and practice receiving or sending code. You decide whether the input is suitable for the tool and whether the resulting output is suitable for your purpose. Review the result before saving it, publishing it, relying on it, or sending it to another person.

Audio analysis is an estimate of the marks and gaps in a signal. Playback, exports, and keyboard timing can be affected by your browser, device, or operating system. Compatibility can vary by format and permissions. Local practice progress depends on your browser storage and can be lost if it is cleared. Keep your own copies of the outputs you need.

Material you provide

You are responsible for the messages, audio files, and other material you choose to use with the site. If a recording contains someone else’s communication, check whether you have permission to capture, analyze, or distribute it. Where restrictions apply to receiving or sharing radio traffic, it is your responsibility to follow them. Take the same care with material that contains private details, confidential information, or copyrighted work.

Using a tool does not transfer ownership of your original material to the site. A download or share link can make a copy available outside the page. Before distributing a result, make sure you have the rights and permissions needed for the underlying material. Someone with a full share link can read the message it contains.

Responsible access

Use the site for ordinary reading, translation, practice, and experimentation. Avoid activity that interferes with access for others, attempts to bypass the site’s controls, or probes for access to data or systems you are not entitled to use. Do not use generated audio or symbols to harass someone, impersonate an authority, or deliberately mislead a recipient about an emergency.

The keyer produces audio through the current device. It does not connect to a transmitter or authorize you to transmit. If you use any output with radio hardware, lamps, alarms, or other equipment, responsibility for the equipment and its operation remains with you. A license or permission required for those activities must come from the relevant authority.

Site material and external resources

The site includes written explanations, interface design, and reference material. Morse patterns describe an established signaling system. Third-party libraries, fonts, and other resources are governed by their respective licenses. Access to this site does not grant permission to use another party’s marks or to present a copy of the service as though it were operated by MorsePro.live.

Links to external standards, reference material, and service providers are supplied for context. External sites can change their content, access requirements, and policies. Follow their terms when you use those resources. If a link has moved or a reference appears incorrect, the Contact Us page explains how to report it when a contact method is available.

Availability and reliance

The operator may revise, update, or discontinue tools and content as the site evolves. Maintenance, device compatibility, and network conditions can interrupt access. The service and its output are provided as available for general reference and practice. The Disclaimer explains common sources of timing, translation, and decoding errors.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the operator does not make warranties about uninterrupted access, accuracy for a particular purpose, or compatibility with particular equipment. Any limits on responsibility apply only where permitted by applicable law. These terms do not remove any rights or remedies that the law requires to remain available.

Privacy and changes

The Privacy Policy describes browser processing, usage analytics, and contact correspondence. Some browser features, including microphone access and the clipboard, are subject to separate permissions. You can manage those permissions using the controls in your browser.

The terms may be updated when the service changes. Review the version available on the site when you return after a change. If you disagree with the terms, you can stop using the service and keep or remove local files through your device’s controls. For a question about these terms, see Contact Us for the contact method available at the time.
